- Ergo’s John Purdy Joins ID-Pal’s Board
In October, we were delighted to welcome John Purdy to ID-Pal’s Board of Directors. As the co-founder of Ergo, Purdy brought over 30 years of leadership and strategic expertise, having scaled the company to a €200 million enterprise with 750 employees. His achievements include the successful spin-offs of Fenergo and FlowForma, multiple acquisitions, and being honoured with the Tech Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award. - Department of Justice Selected ID-Pal for Digital Identity Verification
ID-Pal is proud to support the Irish Department of Justice in digitising its immigration renewals system through the newly launched Digital Contact Centre. This significant milestone enables all Irish immigration permission renewals to be processed online, eliminating the need for in-person Garda Station visits. In October, on World Mental Health Day, we proudly welcomed Roho, the newest member of the ID-Pal team. Inspired by the Swahili word for “heart,” “spirit,” or “soul,” Roho symbolises connection, support, and community. More than just a sculpture, Roho brings positivity and hope to our office.
