We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Solutions Specialist to join our Product team. In this role, you will help clients integrate our API and SDKs into their platforms, ensuring seamless technical adoption and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-facing presence to drive successful integrations, provide tailored solutions, and facilitate rollouts.
The successful candidate will gain exposure across the company, working closely with Product, Software Engineering, and Customer Experience teams. You will discover plenty of chances to learn and develop as you drive high standards across our processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Role Responsibilities:
· Guide and support clients in integrating our API and SDKs into their platforms, including web and native applications.
· Understand client business processes and challenges to propose tailored solutions that align with their needs.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after the integration process.
· Act as a primary technical liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
· Independently assess and recommend fixes or optimisations to improve integration outcomes.
· Work professionally with clients and stakeholders at various levels, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
· Capture and analyse feedback from clients to identify pain points in product integration.
· Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to suggest improvements to APIs, SDKs, or processes to enhance customer experience.
· Develop a deep understanding of our product and its usage scenarios, especially for complex integrations.
· Contribute to the development of documentation, FAQs, and tutorials to streamline integrations and reduce friction.
Role Requirements:
· Professional experience in Presales, Integration Support, Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, DevOps, or Product Development.
· Proven experience of at least 3 years working with Cloud-based solutions.
· Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to offer creative solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
· Ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
· A proactive and independent approach to identifying and resolving issues.
· A team player who can collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals.
· Passion for understanding customer needs and driving product improvements.
Technical Requirements
· Experience with OpenAPI, Swagger, and Postman.
· Strong knowledge and skills integrating APIs and SDKs.
· Basic familiarity with iOS development (Swift) and Android development (Java) – willingness to learn if not already experienced.
· Experience with monitoring tools such as Firebase Crashlytics and Datadog would be a plus.
· Knowledge of Salesforce including the Salesforce App Exchange would be a plus.
