- As a result of heavy customer volumes, there can be delays in issuing your PIN.
- Check that One4all have not texted you and requested a new submission. Please follow the instructions in the text in this case.

Why am I being asked to verify my identity?
One4all is now required by Anti-Money Laundering regulation to verify the identity of gift card recipients.
What is the ID&V Process?
- Go to one4all.ie/activate, create an account, or log in, select card activation from the drop-down menu, this appears under your name in the top right-hand corner.
- Click on “Add New Card” and fill in the last 8 digits of your card details in the relevant fields provided. The first 8 digits of the card are pre-populated. If this is not your first Chip & PIN card, you will now receive an SMS with a PIN code.
- You will then be directed to complete the ID&V Process. Please ensure you have your ID to hand for this step.
- Once your submission is completed and accepted, only then will your card be activated, and you will receive your PIN via text message.
Completing the Card Activation Process
- Capture your Identity Document
- Complete a Liveness Test (click the take picture button to take a selfie).
- Confirm your Personal Information is correct
- Submit your Identity Document

If you need help submitting your documents, please follow the simple and quick steps below:
- When capturing a picture of your Identity Document/Liveness Test:
- Avoid overhead lights to reduce glare.
- Place your ID on a high-contrast background (a different, solid colour).
- If the above doesn’t work, please forward the link to a different device, and try again from that device.
- Once the submission is made, all data capture is wiped and encrypted
